MORE ROOM FOR GATHERING AND PLACES TO BOND.

So when Madam Ng and her husband approached design director kelvin of renaissance designers & Planners, that was one of their top requests. After living in their double-storey semi-detached house for five years, the couple was also looking to create more space for entertaining quests. And the most logical way to do that was to add on to the current house structure. Thus, an attic and a basement were built, increasing the original 2,300sqf to 3,360sqf.
